Jugggling like the court jester :)

Do you ever have so many things that you’d like to be doing - but you can’t juggle them all?

I find it terribly difficult to focus on ONE project at a time.  One thing that I have found that helps is to ALWAYS keep a notebook nearby.  That way, when I’m working on “Project A” and I have ideas for 5 other projects I can jot them down and get them out of my head and stay focused.  Otherwise, I end up jumping from A to B to C and then I can’t even remember what I was initially working on!

Stay tuned to future posts to hear about my latest projects…..working on “multiple streams of income”  - woo hoo!

Get over it and get on with it - ebay changes

So I took a week off and barely looked at my computer - and wouldn’t ya know it - I missed ANOTHER ebay announcement about pending changes.  Thank goodness there are great communities of people who immediately start discussing how to deal with the changes.  There is the initial “WHAT!?!?!”, “not again”, “that’s it I’m done with ebay” comments and then things settle down and people start to find the silver lining in the clouds.

Forget making $ on eBay - use it to embarass your ex!

Oh my goodness!  I feel bad for what this woman is going through….but at the same time I am just laughing like crazy.

Her Husband cheated on her and she is listing the evidence on eBay.  The best part of this unfortunate happening - besides the “tarts knickers” -  is her description of the discovery and the follow-up she posted.

You have to check out this auction, click here.

Plus, if you are into internet marketing then take a look at the number of ‘hits’she has received towards the bottom.  What would you do with THAT many hits?

Do you remember the guy that auctioned off his ex-wife’s wedding dress?  He was a manly-man and took pictures of himself in the dress to advertise it.  He definitely had his ‘15 minutes of fame’.  I’m sure you could still find it out on the web somewhere…I found it….here it is.

I need to work on thinking up something totally unusual that would get a ton of hits and use those leads for future sales……hmm……now is sooo not the time for me to start brainstorming…I’ll work on that later.

Leaving the J-O-B for G-O-O-D

I have built up various income streams both online and off that easily replace my J-O-B salary AND provide enough money for me to purchase my own decent health insurance.  My debt is paid off and I have several months of living expenses in the bank.

So that’s it, I’m done.  Sayonara, adios - good-bye!  I put in my resignation letter - 2 weeks notice (wish it could’ve been 2 hours).  I no longer need to trade 40 hours/week + 2 hours in the car each day for a pay check.  I don’t have to get dressed up :)  I don’t have to sit at my desk doing the same thing I’ve done every year.  I don’t have to live life based on the standard 9-5 ’till your 65 (or 75+).

Enough focusing on all the things I no longer have to do……let’s focus on what I now get to do:
